The New Limit: The upcoming rules impose a strict standard capping finished hemp products at 0.4 milligrams of total THC per container. Impact: Industry experts estimate this cap will render roughly 95% of currently sold hemp-derived cannabinoid products (like common THC gummies, beverages, and full-spectrum oils) federally unlawful by reclassifying them as marijuana.
